This Privacy Notice describes how Intelica Analytics ("we", "us", "our"), with a principal place of business at 917 Merchants Walk, Suite C, Huntsville, AL 35801, handles personal data in connection with Monipler (the "Service").
1. Controller
Intelica Analytics is the data controller for personal data we collect through the Service. You can reach us at support@monipler.com.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, organization, role.
- Profile and brand data: logos, colors, fonts, and other brand-kit content you upload.
- Service content: carousels, slides, source inputs, templates, exports, and approval history you create through the Service.
- Support communications: messages you send us and our replies.
- Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser/user-agent, pages visited, feature interactions, error reports, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see "Cookies" below.
Payment card data is handled directly by our payment provider (Paddle) and is not collected or stored by us.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Provide and operate the Service (contract performance): account creation, authentication, carousel generation, exports, approvals.
- Billing and order fulfillment (contract performance / legal obligation): subscription management and tax compliance via Paddle.
- Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests / legal obligation): detecting abuse, protecting accounts.
- Product improvement and analytics (legitimate interests): understanding usage to improve features.
- Customer support (contract performance / legitimate interests): responding to your inquiries.
- Marketing communications (consent, where required): product updates and announcements. You can opt out at any time.
4. Sharing of personal data
We share personal data with:
- Service providers / subprocessors that help us run the Service, including cloud hosting, database, email delivery, error tracking, and analytics providers.
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund processing.
- AI infrastructure providers that process prompts and generated outputs to deliver AI features.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
- Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
We and our service providers may process personal data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) for cross-border transfers.
6. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account and content data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after termination before deletion or anonymization. Billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. EU/EEA and UK residents have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, email support@monipler.com; we will respond within the period required by applicable law (typically within one month under GDPR).
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege administration. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. Where required by law, we will request consent before placing non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice.
