Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Monipler (the "Service"), operated by Intelica Analytics. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP. We may update it from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated AUP.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use Monipler — including any AI generation, editing, or scheduling features — to create, upload, distribute, or facilitate:

  • Illegal content, or content that promotes, facilitates, or instructs others in illegal activity.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content depicting real identifiable people without consent, or sexually explicit deepfakes.
  • Deepfakes, voice clones, or other synthetic media that impersonate a real person, brand, public official, or organization without clear authorization and disclosure.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that incites violence or discrimination against a protected group or individual.
  • Content designed to defraud, mislead, manipulate elections, spread disinformation, or impersonate identity for deceptive purposes.
  • Malware, spyware, phishing kits, credential harvesters, or instructions for compromising systems.
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, link farms, SEO manipulation networks, or coordinated inauthentic behavior on social platforms.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
  • Content that violates the rules of the platform you publish to (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Attempts to jailbreak, prompt-inject, exfiltrate system prompts, or otherwise circumvent the safety controls of the Service or its underlying AI models.
  • Use of the Service to train, fine-tune, or benchmark competing AI models.
  • Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or probing of the Service outside of documented APIs.

2. Responsibility for Inputs and Outputs

You are solely responsible for the prompts, source documents, brand assets, transcripts, imagery, and other inputs you provide to the Service, and for how you use, publish, or distribute the outputs. You represent that you have the rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to upload your inputs and to use the resulting outputs for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with applicable law and platform rules before publishing them.

3. Accuracy and No Professional Advice

Monipler uses generative AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, out of date, or fabricated, even when they sound confident. Outputs are provided for general business communication and content production purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on Monipler outputs as legal, financial, tax, medical, investment, regulatory, safety, or other professional or licensed advice without independent qualified review. If you operate in a regulated industry (including GovCon, defense, healthcare, financial services, or legal services), you are responsible for ensuring outputs meet your regulatory and compliance obligations before they are published or shared with clients.

4. Intellectual Property in Inputs and Outputs

As between you and Intelica Analytics, you retain ownership of your inputs and, to the extent permitted by law and by the underlying AI providers, of the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your inputs and outputs solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You must not submit inputs that infringe the intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of any third party. If you believe content generated or stored through the Service infringes your rights, contact support@monipler.com with a description of the work, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact information so we can investigate and, where appropriate, remove it. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

5. Content Moderation

We may, at our discretion and without notice: refuse, filter, block, or remove inputs or outputs; restrict features for an account; suspend or terminate access; and decline to generate content that we reasonably believe violates this AUP, applicable law, or the policies of our underlying AI providers. Automated and manual review may be used to enforce this AUP. We may also be required to preserve or disclose content in response to valid legal process.

6. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this AUP, suspected abuse, or content you believe should not be on the Service, email support@monipler.com with as much detail as you can share, including URLs, account information if known, and the nature of the concern. We aim to acknowledge reports within a reasonable time and will investigate appropriately.

7. Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in warning, content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or termination of your account, with or without refund depending on the nature of the violation and the terms of our Refund Policy. Serious or repeated violations, and any conduct that exposes Intelica Analytics, our providers, or other users to legal or safety risk, will result in immediate termination. We may also report unlawful activity to law enforcement.
